A brief history of Theatre in the Valley; we are a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we were established in 1993 and have been striving to bring quality entertainment to Henderson ever since. We had been working with the City of Henderson for the majority of time we have been in operation. When the economy began to crash we were affected alongside so many businesses, to the extent we had to close our doors and wait for things to get better, planning and looking for the best opportunity while we reorganized and strategized.
We are working to bring Quality Theatre to the Down Town Henderson Business District and its surrounding community.
The response has been incredible since the time we opened our doors, with so many patrons reading about our company reopening they have come to see what we are doing. This is one opportunity we are hoping to bring to the you. As with so many entertainment based businesses many of our patrons are not from the Henderson area and are looking to make their Theatre outing into an evening. We are hoping our presence in the Downtown Henderson Business District will bring everyone just a little bit more attention.
The other part involves our programs for our productions.
Our programs are a unique opportunity to get your information directly into the hands of our patrons. This is the second opportunity I would like to offer you. There are not many types of advertisement that can say they will literally put your name directly into the hands of their customers. As Theatre in the Valley begins to pick up speed we are building a base of patrons that can and will continue to grow. Our productions run on average 3 to 4 weekends, with performances Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our audiences will range from 20 to 50 patrons per night plus our cast which can range from 2 to 10 people per show. Each patron will receive one of our programs, and in turn, your advertisement.
We are dedicated to not only bring a Quality Theatre experience to Henderson, but also to making our business neighbors part of that experience. Attached is an advertising agreement for our 2017-2018 Theatre season. We want to make sure everyone can be involved in this experience. One major advantage we have over a lot of other types of advertisement is that your services might be something we can use and we are more than happy to negotiate a fair advertising agreement.
