ranging from $10 to $100. Every dollar
counts for Theatre in the Valley. If
you would like to make a donation for a
different dollar amount than what is

Every donation to Theatre in the Valley
can be used as a Charitable Donation tax
write-off as we are a registered 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization.

For Donations of $10

We will put your name on the Donor Page as a Bronze Donor.

For Donations of $20

We will put your name on the Donor Page as a Silver Donor.

For Donations of $50

You will get your name on the Donor Page as a Gold Donor, and you can get 25% off one season ticket.

For Donations of $100

You will get your name on the Donor Page as a Platinum Donor, and you can get 50% off one Season Ticket.

Sponsorship Opportunities

What are the sponsorship opportunities
for Theatre in the Valley?

Theatre in the valley offers 4 levels of Sponsorship. Each has different benefits and offers exclusive ticketing options for that level of Sponsorship. To Sponsor Theatre in the Valley at any of the levels below please contact us at tivdonate@gmail.com

1st level of sponsorship is any Donation over $100 and under $2000

A donation of any size over $100 will get you listed in our program as a Sponsor. A message you would like to display will also be included in the listing. If you make the donation in the name of a company, you can include any contact information and a brief message can be included in the mention. You will also be able to purchase 2 season tickets for 25% off.

2nd Level of Sponsorship is a $2000 One Time Donation Sponsorship.

For this donation, we will display your name or company name at the box office for the month you have sponsored and in our front window as a Sponsor for the Month. You can include any information about your company including Business Cards and Coupons. We will also include a Business Card size add in our programs for the entire season. At this level, you will get two tickets free to the production you wish to attend, and you will be able to purchase 2 season tickets at 25% off, prorated to exclude the one free production in the price.

3rd Level of Sponsorship is a $4000 One Time Donation

This Sponsorship will be for the period of one Full Production. In return, you will receive all the benefits of the first and second level of Sponsorship and your information or your company’s information will be included in all of our publicity and marketing materials for the show that you sponsored as the Sponsor of that Production. Your information will be displayed at or near the top of the list of sponsors as well as the ad being placed in the program. You will also receive 2 season passes free for season as well as the option to purchase 2 more Season passes at 25% off.

4th Level of Sponsor ship is any donation over a $4000 one time donation.

This sponsorship will include all the benefits of the first 3 levels of sponsorship. Your ad will be upgraded from a business card size ad to a 1/2 page ad as well as being added to the top of the list for Sponsorship. Your information will be displayed prominently at the box office and your ad will be on an insert to the program so that it can easily be accessed by our patrons and any coupons can be easily used.

Other Donations

Donations of all kinds are always appreciated; however, we do have limited storage space, please contact us at tivrsvp@gmail.com if you have any big items you might like to donate. For most smaller items, such as lights, coffee tables and end tables, curtains and tablecloths, we are always looking for new items.

The mission of Theatre in the Valley is to serve the community through entertainment and providing a creative outlet for its volunteers, bringing the community together to share a cultural experience.
